Persistent Systems built an AWS IoT powered smart community management solution for Three Phase Electric. The hosted solution, which Three Phase Electric is offering to Condominium HOAs, offers single screen management of common area infrastructure (e.g. club landscape irrigation controllers, pool pH/chlorination management systems and street lighting) and an application through which residents can be kept apprised of maintenance status or create new maintenance request tickets.
