He has over 24 years of industry experience - managed large P&L units, driven by winning and shaping large deals, managing consulting business, and delivering complex programs that increase growth and profitability. He has a passion for delivering outstanding results, and a deep knowledge of BFSI and Europe market that has helped businesses to adapt to changing market conditions and stay competitive. He is a visionary and cooperative leader, who has built high-performing teams with a common commitment to excellence.
He is dedicated to understanding and meeting the changing needs of customers, and by fostering a customer centric mindset, using the technology potential for transformation, and implementing customized solutions, he has helped customers to provide better customer experiences and drive long-term growth.
Before joining Persistent, he was in charge of the global Digital & Cloud Business for Wipro, offering a range of services - application modernization, cloud migration, digital consulting, dev ops, agile, enterprise architecture, and quality engineering.
He lives with his wife Sundari and daughter Medha. He is a socially responsible leader who cares about giving back to society and personally participates in various charity initiatives.
