Job Title: IT Project Manager
Job duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time
Job Duties: Planning, preparing, and executing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing including end-to-end test scenarios across multiple systems and batch processes. Mentoring and leading large teams. Oversees interdependencies between interfacing technologies and their support teams influences and drives engineering strategy. Participating with internal & external organizations to drive continuous improvement. Overseeing highly complex, cross functional projects independently at a cross portfolio level in multiple domains. Communicating concepts and action plans crisply. Developing test strategies and leading all aspects of software testing and defect management. Documenting automation, test harnesses, coding principles & standards. Challenge, draw conclusions, and anticipate problems & resolution strategies. Responsible for building and maintaining highly visible and scalable automation frameworks that use all the modern framework paradigms, techniques, and tools. Creating test cases and test reports. Working with ticketing systems and source control tools. Involved in various engagements involving high end supply chain implementations. Conducting periodic meetings with different teams to discuss progress and roadblocks of the engagement. Providing guidance and advice to customers, specifically geared toward the use of integrated solutions. Investigating and solving customer problems and handling all customer complaints. Maintaining accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. Creating and presenting reports and reviews to clients including but not limited to status reports, meeting agendas and minutes, action logs, risk assessments, etc. Facilitating discussions, internal and external, on process efficiencies and driving the program until successful closure.
Job Requirements: Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, MIS, Engineering (Any), or any related field + 2 years of experience in the job offered, Software Engineer, Module Lead, Software Architect or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.
Salary: $92,955.00/Year
