Position: Project Lead
Duties: Lead software solution design and development projects; requirements capture and analysis, resource and budget estimations and help drive project strategy and plan; ensure that scope as well as approach is fully understood by all stakeholders; manage project risks, including design and deployment of contingency plans; participate in elaboration, estimation and planning meetings to provide best estimate and scope of the development effort; provide guidance and subject matter expertise on application design and development; ensure quality of deliverables, maintain traceability of processes, standards and product quality conformance; and proactively identify, communicate and resolve project issues, and generate customized reports, provide solutions to the reported issues for operational activities in live system, Prepare and provide User Manual and configuration guide to end users.
Minimum Requirements:
Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any branch), Information Technology, Computer Applications/Applied Computer Science, or Computer/Management Information Systems plus two (2) years of experience as Systems Architect/Engineer, Software Developer/Engineer, Computer Systems Analyst or related position. Foreign educational equivalent accepted.
