The returnship program is designed for women candidates currently on a career break and who want to re-enter the workforce. It offers a structured, self-paced, and flexible training plan and mentorship to ease the transition back into professional life. This program aims to support individuals in refreshing their skills, building confidence, and reconnecting with industry trends.
B.E/MBA/MCA/MCM or equivalent degree in CS.
It will vary as per the role – Minimum 4 years of experience.
The candidate can have varying numbers of career breaks, but the career break should not be more than 4 years in total.
Applicants will undergo an assessment process, followed by a technical interview and an HR discussion.

It’s a contract-to-hire opportunity. The learning and certification period will be of three months. You will onboarded to a business unit for on-the-job training. Post successful completion and basis your performance, you will be absorbed as a full-time resource.
For now, there are no part-time opportunities available for this program.

Once you decide to return to work, begin brushing up on your technical and functional skills. Once selected, your learning journey will begin based on the role offered. This will be a mix of soft skills, technical trainings and on-the-job learning through short-term projects that will enhance your knowledge.
