The company has built a solution for tracking and managing hazardous material transport, cars, buses, and cargo vehicles etc.
AssetTrackr uses the Global Positioning System (GPS) technology to track devices on Google Maps. Using the Maps technology by Google; the exact position of any moveable asset can be easily tracked. Not only the assets are tracked on computer, but their locations can also be traced on a smartphone. The lat-long coordinates of the fleet are identified with this application. By using Google Maps with GPS any vehicle can be tracked in real time and any missing vehicle can be located thus preventing misuse of stolen vehicle. AssetTrackr is using Google Maps, provisioned by Google Cloud partner – MediaAgility (now part of Persistent Systems), for deploying GPS tracking solution to its clients to let them to achieve efficient highway response system which in turn leads to better security and quick response time in case of an unwanted incident. All emergency response units like Patrol vehicles, Ambulance, Sweeping Vehicle and Towing Truck are fitted with tracking devices and it can be handy in situations demanding quick response. AssetTrackr has clients who provide home delivery of products where it is required to track their vehicles and ensure timely delivery of goods thus enabling them to operate smoothly.
AssetTrackr has also piloted with a waste management company to use vehicle tracking along with RFID machine and web camera to provide a new age waste management solution. AssetTrackr’s Fleet management service helps operators to manage their fleet operations in an effective way.
