Challenges Faced
The teams at EdBoards work in a geographically diverse setting. The project managers work from the US headquarters, while some have their operations functioning in India. Architects of the company work remotely, while the core team works from their respective home offices.
The teams are spread globally working day and night to fix ongoing issues had serious collaboration issues.
