We delivered an Analytics and Data solution, powered by AI-ML, that identified wellness scores for individual existing customers. By applying business rules and ML modules against medical reports, internal data sources and various health parameters, a MUP was created. Wellness Scores, output of these modules were then used to calculate potential illness and generate tailored wellness plans under the direction of medical experts. Modules were also refined for specific customer segments, such as Urban customers with unhealthy lifestyles and rural users with healthy vital signs. Pattern, Anomaly detection and various other analytics modules were also used to improve accuracy and generate custom reports for business users.
