In order to revolutionize the transport logistics industry, they were looking for a Google Maps Platform-based solution that could help them address their customers’ demands.

Porter’s foremost need was a platform on which customers could enter their booking details for the mini truck, like pickup and drop location, and find the nearest driver willing to deliver on this booking. Persistent’s Google Maps experts worked on understanding Porter’s existing architecture and proposed Google Maps API services that could fit into their process without a hassle. To deliver on what Porter was looking for, the team also suggested a few changes in the architecture and product flows and offered to perform those amends.

After we implemented the solution, Porter was able to double the rate at which the company was scaling. Additionally, they saw a substantial increase in their Google Play Store and Apple App Store rating (the rating is now 4.8), considering the excellent user experience their platform offered.
