Neil Fox is the Senior Vice President, Engineering for AI. Prior to joining Persistent, Neil served as the CTO of Hexaware for the past 8 years and led a vast number of enterprise transformation initiatives with his "Modern Delivery Framework" of best practices for people, processes, and tools to help ensure a more consistent customer experience. He also led the development of multiple Gen AI SDLC acceleration platforms and dashboards for measuring team performance that leverages Gen AI. In his earlier roles, he was a part of the leadership teams at SoftServe, Ness Technologies, Symphony Services, RedHat and Lawson among others. He is considered a visionary leader by customers and co-workers.
Neil will play a crucial role in expanding our AI-enabled digital and software engineering footprint across our client portfolio. He will spearhead the Go-To-Market for our AI/ GenAI tools that power the engineering effectiveness & developer productivity of our clients to ensure that every stage of our Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is enriched with AI & GenAI. His collaboration across our industry segments and our partner ecosystem will be instrumental in shaping the future trajectory of our digital engineering prowess and will help us in defining our go-forward roadmap as well.
While Neil grew up in Parsippany, NJ, he now resides in Raleigh, NC with Andrea, his wife of more than 20 years. They have 2 boys, one a freshman at RIT, studying Cybersecurity and the other, a junior in high school with an eye towards mechanical engineering. Neil and Andrea's commitment to community involvement is truly commendable. They actively support single mothers with cancer, the Raleigh Science Museum, and other non-profit organizations committed to improving the lives of others.
