Praveen Bhadada is the Global Head of AI Business and is on a mission to making AI the key vector of long term, sustainable growth at Persistent. Prior to this role, Praveen was the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Persistent and was responsible for driving strategic companywide initiatives targeted at delivering meaningful business outcomes for our global customers and achieving profitable, industry leading growth in that process.
In his earlier role as Managing Partner & Global Head for Software & Platform business at Zinnov (ranked among top 25 firms globally in Vault's Rankings for Best Consulting Firms for Innovation 2022), Praveen helped the company scale to 25X in revenue during his tenure. In this period, Praveen demonstrated deep expertise in acquiring & delivering on large transformation deals in the areas of Globalization, Engineering Excellence, Technology Sales Transformation, Ecosystem Led Innovation, Private Equity Value Creation, and M&A.
Earlier, Praveen worked for Microsoft India, leading the Data Platform business group and was responsible for driving operations, strategy, marketing, and revenue of the $100M business, spread across Indian enterprise and small business segments. At Microsoft, Praveen expanded the ecosystem of ISVs, start-ups, and channel partners to enable mission critical solutions on the Microsoft platform. Prior to Microsoft, Praveen was associated with Grail Research (a Monitor Group Subsidiary).
He has co-authored several industry papers with organizations like NASSCOM, TiE, Chiratae Ventures, Accel, Google, Microsoft, Dell EMC, Automation Anywhere, Genpact, etc. He has been a guest speaker at several large scale global technology events. His insights & opinions on the software & technology industry have been carried by several leading global publications & media houses.
Praveen is an IIT Delhi alumnus and has a certificate in finance from Harvard Business School Online.
Praveen is married to Neha, and they have two lovely children, Advay and Aavya.
