As Chief Revenue Officer for Service Lines, Vijay will focus on developing growth strategies for all service lines and driving business growth collaborating with our vertical teams. All the CIS, Salesforce, Data & Integration, and IBA sales teams will report to him effective immediately.
Vijay brings 29 years of extensive IT experience at HCL Technologies in revenue growth and business development. He has held various responsibilities, including creating impactful service lines and verticals such as Security, Digital Foundation Business, and Retail/CPG, ultimately making amongst the fastest-growing businesses at HCL Technologies.
Vijay’s contributions have been widely recognized, earning accolades from CEO World Magazine, Global Leaders Today, CXO Outlook Magazine, Analytics India Magazine, and Spiceworks, among others. As an advocate for women in technology, he has also played a significant role in the Women in Tech awards and supported social causes, such as partnerships with Feeding America.
Vijay has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics and Communication) from the National Institute of Technology (formerly REC), Tiruchirappalli, followed by an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur. He lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, running, and spending time with his family.
